Extract Module Not Including Residents at Same Address

We are running an extract for a mailing. We have some addresses that have multiple residents who should receive the mailing, but the system is not including all residents. Why?

The system includes residents based on their Residency setting in the Address Options box of the Name/Address screen:

If you have an address with multiple residents who should receive mailings, you will want to set their Residency as "Separate Mailing" - NOT primary resident. If you configure the residents as all Primary resident, any time you select "combine residents", the system will send only one mailing to the address. The options in the Address Options drop down are:

• Primary resident - always receives a mailing
• Non-primary resident - does not receive mailings
• Separate mailing - Always receives a separate mailing, even when "combine residents" option is selected on output report
