DDI Connect Icons

Overview

Throughout DDI Connect, there are certain icons that you will see beside processing and reports, and on certain screens. Below is a table showing those icons and their descriptions.

Icon	Description
	This icon is used for processing programs where data in a record will be modified as a result of running the program. For example, processing accounts payable vouchers, running loan month end interest updates, etc.
	This icon is used to designate a report that does not update the database or modify any records
	This icon designates an inquiry program, such as Name/Address Inquiry or Financial Inquiry
	This icon designates a setup screen, where system preferences and settings are updated
	This icon indicates data entry, such as name/address entry, account entry, and investment or loan financial adjustments
	This icon is used for miscellaneous programs or functions that do not fit in any other category for icons
	This icon indicates that the results will appear in an excel format
	This icon indicates that the results will appear in a word format
