Constituent PINs Merged the Wrong Direction

We incorrectly merged two constituent PINs...we merged into the PIN that we wanted to merge From. Is there any way to reverse the merge?

There is not a way to reverse a merge, as the "merged from" record is deleted as part of the merge. What you can do, however, is go to the Name/Address Entry screen and add a new constituent record. Override the automatically assigned PIN with the PIN that you were wanting to merge TO. Since it has been deleted, the system should allow you to create that record. Then, once it is created, you can merge from the incorrect record into the newly created PIN.
