Process Management allows your organization to develop processes for key/critical tasks, such as developing a new donor, investor or borrower. Once the process is defined within the system, you have the ability to attach to constituent, investor, donor or borrower records. Process Management helps ensure that your staff member follow the same process for each record, and also helps reduce the risk of information loss due to staff turnover.
