Can We Post Financial Payments to Different Checking Accounts?

When we applied a loan payment, we selected a checking account other than the default. However, the payment applied to the default checking account. Why?

The DDI-Connect system does not allow you to select checking accounts other than what is configured for the loan type within Loan Type Maintenance. This prevents payments from being processed through an incorrect checking account.
