Borrower has Extended their Interest Only Payments

We have a borrower who has signed a modification agreement to extend their interest only payments. How do we indicate that in the system?

If the loan's status has not already changed to a 1 or a 2, you can modify the loan within Loan Add/Maintenance. The system will not change the status until the first payment date is approaching (within the next month) and there is a regular payment amount greater than 0.

If the loan has already changed status, you can manually change the status to be either 11 or 12. You can use the Loan Change Status process to modify the loan status. If the system does not allow you to change the status to the one you wish to have, contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
