Blank Information Error During Daily Processing

When trying to run job processing, I am getting an odd error. It says "Information" and has a question mark in it. What does this mean?

In most cases, this error means that there are some fields within one or more of the merge forms that need to be modified. DDI has to create a script to clean up the affected record(s). Contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
