Automatic Loan Payment Listing
Overview of IL643
The Automatic Loan Payment Listing generates a list of all EFT loan payments due on active loans of a specified type(s) or types. It is a report only and does not actually process EFT transactions. However, it can be set to create payment batches to apply to affected loans as well as to post loan payments to the general ledger. The pdf output contains information such as the loan type, loan number, registration, loan status, ABA Number, bank account, account type, active auto payment, inactive auto payment, payment due date and batch number. To generate the report:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Loans
- Double-click Reports
- Double-click 643 Automatic Loan Payment Listing. The parameters screen will now launch:

Apply overpayment as extra payment | When checked, and if ACH amount is greater than regular payment amount for any loan, two transactions will be created when update is performed - Tran ID 200 with regular payment, and Tran ID 210 with extra payment |
