Add or Maintain a Process

Whenever you click the Processes button on the toolbar, the first screen you are taken to is this one:
On this screen, you can add a new process or view an existing process. You can also view completed step history for an associated process.
Adding a New Process
To add a new process to the record, click the New button on the toolbar. This screen will appear:
You will see a list of all applicable processes. You can select the process by either double-clicking it, or clicking it once to highlight and then clicking OK. You will see a message like this one:
If you wish to add the process to the record, click Yes. Otherwise, click No. If you click Yes, you will be taken to the Process Maintenance screen.
Viewing Completed Step History
If you click the Completed Step History, you will see a list of completed steps associated with this record:
If you wish to view the process associated with the step, you can double-click it or click it once to highlight and then click the View button on the toolbar.
