AR Customer Entry Transactions Tab

Overview of AR04TRAN

When you click the Transactions tab, you will see a screen similar to this one:

You can change the way this screen appears by selecting the View you wish to use. Click the View button on the toolbar. You will see this menu:

To view the detail of any transaction, regardless of the view, double-click the item. The Transaction Detail will launch:

If you have an Invoice button on the screen (which will appear for invoice or payment transactions), clicking it will launch the Invoice Entry screen in view mode.

If you have a Receipt button on the screen (which will appear for Payment or Receipt transactions), clicking it will launch the Receipt Entry screen in view mode.
