Setting up Deletion Codes (NA02 - Code Set 0015)

Deletion codes are used by the DDI Connect system to indicate why a constituent record was deleted from the system. There are certain default deletion codes that are already set up within the system. However, your organization has the ability to add or modify these codes.


  • From the main menu of DDI-Connect, double-click Name/Address
  • Double-click Setup
  • Double-click Codes Maintenance. You will see this screen:

Scroll down until you find the code set you are wanting to modify, and double-click that code set.


In this instance, you will be modifying code set #0015 - Deletion codes. You will see a screen similar to this one:

Click the New button on the toolbar. This launches the Code List Properties screen for Deletion codes:
