Overview of FW11
The General Journal Inquiry screen allows you to search for journal documents based on a combination of parameters.
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click FundWriter
- Double-click General Journal Inquiry. You will see this screen:
The following fields are available on this screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Fiscal year | Enter the fiscal year that you wish to search. The system will default to the current fiscal year |
| Document # | Enter the document number you wish to search for, if known |
| Reference | If you wish to search by reference, type the information here |
| Created by | You can type the user name or click the list icon to view a list of all users set up in the system |
