Overview of IL373UPD
The New Investment Web Form Viewer allows you to review new investments purchased via your organization's Online-CEF site. To review these forms:
- From the DDI-Connect main menu, double-click Web Forms
- Double-click Web Form Review/Approval
- From the Web Form Review/Approval screen, select Investments (or all products) in the Product field and Unapproved in the Status field. The system will display all unapproved investment forms:
To review a form, double-click it or click it once to highlight and then click the View button on the toolbar. The Web Form Viewer will launch:
This screen has three tabs, each of which should be reviewed before you approve or deny a form.
Investor tab
The investor tab displays the following information:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Form name | Displays the web form name for the form you are reviewing |
Status | Displays the current status of the form |
Created by | Displays the Web user ID of the individual who submitted the form, along with the date and time that the form was submitted |
Reviewed | Will display the date and time that the form was reviewed, along with the user ID of the user reviewing the form |
Processed | Will display the date and time that the form was processed, along with the user ID of the user processing the form |
Account | Displays the investment account number |
Name/Address | Displays the name and address of the account |
State | Displays the state that the investment is being purchased in |
Offering circular agreement | Displays the status of the agreement, along with the date and time that it was accepted |
Privacy agreement | Displays the status of the agreement, along with the date and time that it was accepted |
Electronic signature agreement | Displays the status of the agreement, along with the date and time that it was accepted |
Investment acknowledgement | Displays the status of the agreement, along with the date and time that it was accepted |
Funding tab
When you click the Funding tab, you will see this screen:
The following fields are on this screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Category | Displays the category and description of the category selected by the investor. If you are in Edit mode, you have the ability to type a new category code or click the list icon to select from a list of active investment categories within the system |
Type | Displays the investment type code and description. If you are in Edit mode, you have the ability to type a new type code or click the list icon to select from a list of active investment types within the system |
Amount | Displays the investment amount entered by the investor. If you are in Edit mode, you are able to modify the amount |
Pay by | Displays the payment method selected by the investor. If you are in Edit mode, you can click the drop down arrow to select a different payment method from a list of authorized payment methods within the system |
Bank name | If the investor opted to pay by EFT, this field will display the bank name |
Bank phone | If the investor opted to pay by EFT, this field will display the bank phone number |
Bank account | If the investor opted to pay by EFT, this field will display the bank account number |
Routing number | If the investor opted to pay by EFT, this field will display the bank routing number |
Account type | If the investor opted to pay by EFT, this field will display the account type selected by the investor |
EFT agreement | Displays the status of the agreement, along with the date and time that it was accepted |
Interest tab
When you click the Interest tab, you will see this screen:
There are two fields on this screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Interest distribution | Displays the method the investor selected for handling interest earned on the investment. If you are in Edit mode, you can click the drop down to select from a list of available options for interest distribution. If you select Third Party, additional fields swill be enabled as displayed below |
Frequency | Displays the frequency selected for interest distribution. If you are in Edit mode, you can click the drop down to select from a list of available frequency options |
If the interest distribution option was set to Third Party, your screen now looks like this:
Third party payees must be configured on the Web Investment Interest Payees screen in order to appear automatically on this screen. However, you can configure an individual or organization manually.
The following fields are available on this screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Investor's interest percentage | Enter the percentage of interest that the investment owner should receive |
3rd party payee #1 | Displays the payee information from the payee set up on Web Investment Interest Payees screen, if applicable. Enter either the amount or percentage that this payee should receive |
3rd party payee #2 | Displays the payee information from the payee set up on Web Investment Interest Payees screen, if applicable. Enter either the amount or percentage that this payee should receive |
3rd party payee #3 | Displays the payee information from the payee set up on Web Investment Interest Payees screen, if applicable. Enter either the amount or percentage that this payee should receive |
Individual payee PIN | If interest should be paid to an individual NOT set up on the Web Investment Interest Payees screen, you can enter that information here. You can type the individual's PIN, click the Search icon to launch the Name/Address Inquiry screen, or click the Add button to create a new constituent record. You will then enter either the amount or the percentage of interest earned that this PIN should receive |
Form data | If you wish to include additional information on any form(s) sent to this record, you can type that information here. This is a free-form text box |
Name/Address information | Will display the name and address of the individual selected |
Org/Church payee PIN | If interest should be paid to an organization or church NOT set up on the Web Investment Interest Payees screen, you can enter that information here. You can type the org/church PIN, click the Search icon to launch the Name/Address Inquiry screen, or click the Add button to create a new constituent record. You will then enter either the amount or the percentage of interest earned that this PIN should receive |
