Yearbook Information Screen

Overview of NA10YB

When you click the View button and select Yearbook from a constituent record, you will see something like this:

In addition to the fields on the top portion of the screen, there are multiple tabs of information available.

At the top of the screen, you will see the following fields:

Field	Description
Yearbook code	This is the status code assigned to this church for the purposes of the yearbook. Enter the appropriate code or click the list icon to select from a list of active church status codes in the system
County code	Example
Last year reported	Example
Geographic region	Example
State/Province code	Example
Year organized	Example
Co-op region	Example
District	Example
Year merged	Example
Multi-denomination	Example
