How Do I Install Citrix on my PC?
In order to use Citrix (either via the web/internet or using the Program/Client Neighborhood), you must install the Citrix Presentation Server.
- Go to www.ddi.org and click the Client Logon tab
- Click the link "Click here to get the latest Citrix client software". You will see this screen:
- Click "Run". You will see this screen:
- Select "Run" again. You will see this screen:
- Once the installation is complete, it will prompt you for the server address. Type in https://ctx.ddi.org and select "Update":
- You are now finished with the client installation. You will see this prompt:
- Click OK. The Citrix Client login will now appear:
You can enter your username and password. The domain is “DDI”. Click “OK” to log in. If this is your first time logging in after receiving a new password you will need to use the Citrix Web Access site instead of this login window. Browse out to https://ctx.ddi.org and login here. This site will ask you to change your password. Please remember when you change your password to make it at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one capitol letter. Also, you cannot use any part of your name or a recently used password
