The General Journal Inquiry screen allows you to search for journal documents based on a combination of parameters.

The following fields are available on this screen:

Field	Description
Fiscal year	Enter the fiscal year that you wish to search. The system will default to the current fiscal year
Document #	Enter the document number you wish to search for, if known
Reference	If you wish to search by reference, type the information here
Created by	You can type the user name or click the list icon to view a list of all users set up in the system
Tran date/thru	Example
G/L Account	Example
Document memo	Example
Line item memo	Example
