Adding or Modifying Prefix Codes

The Prefix file allows your organization to set up and maintain the prefixes that can be selected to precede names in address scenarios, such as labels or merge forms.


To access the Prefix File Maintenance screen:


  • Double-click Name/Address
  • Double-click Setup
  • Double-click Prefix File Maintenance. You will see this screen:
