Overview of NA31
The State Codes Maintenance area allows you to add and edit state information. The states entered here are then available when adding a new constituent. To add a new state:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Name/Address System
- Double-click Setup
- Double-click State Codes Maintenance. You will see this screen:
To add a new state, you must first select the Country you are adding the state to. Click the drop down arrow
