Overview

In order for your investors and borrowers to view their account information online, you will have to set them up with access. Below are the steps to do so.


Step 1: Create the NA Web Access Account

The first step is to set the individual up with a web account. For information on how to do this step, please reference this page: NA Web Access Maintenance


Step 2: Verify that the Web Account is Active

  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Supervisor menu
  • Double-click System Administration
  • Double-click Web Users. You will see a screen similar to this one:

Locate the user that you wish to view, and click View. The account maintenance screen will open:

On this screen, click Actions and select "Enable Account":

Say yes to proceed. The account will now be enabled.


Step 3: Adding the User to the Account

The final step is to add the user to the account or accounts that they are to have access to. This is done via the church or organization's account screen.


  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
  • Double-click Account Entry
  • Search for the church or organization
  • Select the investment or loan account that the user should have access to
  • Click the Online Access tab. You will see a screen similar to this one:

Click Add. The fields are now available for editing.
