Region Maintenance provides a means of geographically segmenting the country into areas that are typically larger than states. For example, your organization may need to define regions such as Upper Midwest or Southeast Coast, each consisting of a group of states. Regions are used in other Name/Address Setup functions such as Postal Code Maintenance (NA03) and Regional Director Maintenance (NA06). The term “region” can be customized in NA System Settings (NA01).


To access Region Maintenance:

  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Name/Address
  • Double-click Setup
  • Double-click Region Maintenance. You will see a screen similar to this one:
