In order to use Citrix (either via the web/internet or using the Program/Client Neighborhood), you must install the Citrix Reciever.

  • Click the link that reads "Click here to get latest DDI supported Citrix Client for Windows":

  • You will get this prompt:

  • Click RUN


  • Click Install

  • You will see a message stating that the receiver installed successfully:

  • Click Add Account


  • Once the installation is complete, it will prompt you for the server address. Type https://connect.ddi.org and click "Next":

  • You are now finished with the client installation. You will see this prompt:

  • Click finish


  • Launch Internet Explorer and go to connect.ddi.org:

  • If you do, click ALLOW
  • Enter your username and password
  • Click “OK” to log in

Follow to steps below to login to Citrix Reciever:


  • Enter DDI\ and then your user name:

  • Add apps

  • Click on All Applications

  • Click on the your apps.

  • A green check mark means they are added.
  • Click the background when you have all the apps you want selected.
