How Do I Install Citrix on my PC?
In order to use Citrix (either via the web/internet or using the Program/Client Neighborhood), you must install the Citrix Presentation Server.
- Go to www.ddi.org and click the Client Logon tab
- Click "Click here to get latest DDI supported Citrix Client for Windows."
- You will get this prompt. Click RUN
- Click Install
- Click "Run". You will see this screen:
- Once the installation is complete, it will prompt you for the server address. Type in https://connect.ddi.org and select "Next"
- You are now finished with the client installation. You will see this prompt: Click finish
- Now goto this website in Internet Explorer and goto the web address connect.ddi.org
- Keep your eyes open for an Allow box like the one displayed below and click ALLOW.
You can enter your username and password. The domain is “DDI”. Click “OK” to log in. If this is your first time logging in after receiving a new password you will need to use the Citrix Web Access site instead of this login window. Browse out to https://connect.ddi.org and login here. This site will ask you to change your password. Please remember when you change your password to make it at least 8 characters long and contain at least one number and one capitol letter. Also, you cannot use any part of your name or a recently used password

- Note if you get a security warning from Citrix like below. Check do not ask me again and then click Permit use.
