How Do I Install Citrix on my PC?

In order to use Citrix (either via the web/internet or using the Program/Client Neighborhood), you must install the Citrix Presentation Server.

  • Click "Click here to get latest DDI supported Citrix Client for Windows."

  • You will get this prompt. Click RUN

  • Click "Run". You will see this screen:

  • Once the installation is complete, it will prompt you for the server address. Type in https://connect.ddi.org and select "Next"

  • You are now finished with the client installation. You will see this prompt: Click finish

  • Now goto this website in Internet Explorer and goto the web address connect.ddi.org

  • Keep your eyes open for an Allow box like the one displayed below and click ALLOW.
