Vehicle Setup

Overview of FA12

The Vehicle Setup screen allows you to set up vehicle assets for tracking and reporting within Fixed Assets. In order to utilize this screen, you must first select the "Use Fleet" setting on the Base Settings tab of the Fixed Assets System Setup screen. You will also have to add the vehicle as an asset in Fixed Assets Entry before you are able to enter it here.

• From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Fixed Assets
• Double-click Setup
• Double-click Vehicle Setup. You will see this screen:

To add a vehicle, click the Add button on the toolbar. The fields will enable for data entry:
