Reverse an Investment/Loan Transaction

We processed a transaction incorrectly, and need to reverse it. Can that be done?

If your business date has not changed, then yes, you can use the Financial Transaction Erase to reverse the transaction. If your business date has changed within the system, you will NOT be able to use the financial transaction erase, and other methods for removing the transaction will have to be used. If this is the case, please contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
