Portfolio/Loan/Investment Comparison
Overview of IL620
The Portfolio/Loan/Investment Comparison report allows you to view the concentration of financial instruments (loans, investments and portfolios) across different interest rates, as well as to display the weighted average interest rate across the entire CEF (Church Extension Fund) system. The report output lists total loans, investments and portfolios by interest rate, and then provides a grand total, along with the weighted average rates. To run this report:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Loans
- Double-click Reports
- Double-click 620 Portfolio/Loan/Investment Comparison. The parameters screen will launch:
The following fields are available on this screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
GL Base Date | Enter the date you wish to use. You can type it in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select the date |
Exclude GL Accounts | If you wish to exclude one or more GL account numbers, you can do so here. Type the GL number(s), separated by commas, or click the list icon to select from a list of active GL account numbers in the system. Leave the field blank to report on all GL numbers |
Loan Types | If you wish to report on one or more loan types, you can do so here. Type the code or codes, separated by commas, or click the list icon to select from a list of active loan types in the system. Leave the field blank to report on all loan types |
Include portfolio | If you wish to include portfolio information on the report, click this box. To exclude portfolio information, leave the box unchecked |
Use exact rates | If selected, the system will use exact interest rates for the report. If, however, you prefer to enter a list of interest rates, click the Edit button to the right of this field. A secondary screen will appear:

Click Start. The system will generate the report based on the parameters you selected, and display the results. Click below to view a sample of this report.
