Overview of HP026INQ

When you click the G/L Trans button from any Health Policy screen, you will see a screen similar to this one:

You have the option of filtering the transactions displayed by the date that the transactions took place. To do so, enter a date in the from/thru field and click search.

Clicking on a transaction on this screen will display the transaction details in the lower portion of the screen:

The transaction details screen displays information such as the transaction ID, transaction date, transaction amount, and the general ledger accounts affected by the transaction.

If the transaction was generated from a cash receipt, you will also have the option of clicking the Receipt button on the toolbar. This will launch the cash processing transaction viewer screen. When you have finished viewing the screen, click the X in the upper right corner to return to the GL Inquiry screen.

When you have finished viewing the general ledger transactions, click Exit to return to the previous screen.
