Overview of NA193UPD

The Name/Address Web Form Viewer allows you to review and approve or deny name/address changes submitted by web users via the Online-CEF site for your organization. When web users make any modifications on the My Profile/Personal Information screen, the changes are submitted for you to review and approve before they are updated within the constituent record.


  • From the DDI-Connect main menu, double-click Web Forms
  • Double-click Web Form Review/Approval
  • You can click the drop down arrow to the right of the product field and select Name/Address, or leave it at (All Products)
  • Locate a NAWebNames form and either double-click it or click it once to highlight and then click the View button on the toolbar. The Name/Address Web Form Viewer screen will appear:
