Name/Address Inquiry not Showing Expected Results

I am searching for a particular constituent record, and I'm not finding the record I am looking for, nor am I seeing the number of results I expected with my search inquiry. I can look it up by PIN, but when I do a search using any other parameters, the record doesn't show.

The most likely cause of this is that your search options for the Name/Address Inquiry have been changed to only look for a particular address type. To double-check this, go to the Name/Address Inquiry screen and click the Options button:

If there is anything in the "Allowed address types" field, clear it out and click OK. Now try running your inquiry again. If you are still not receiving the expected results, contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
