Overview of AR11
The A/R Inquiry screen allows you to search for invoices using a number of different parameters.
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Accounts Receivable
- Double-click A/R Inquiry. You will see this screen:
The following fields are available on this screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Customer ID | To search by customer ID, enter the ID here or click the list icon to select from a list of customers in the system |
Invoice date/thru | To search by invoice date, enter the beginning and/or ending date(s) you wish to search by. Type the dates in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icons to select the dates |
Memo | To search by memo, enter all or part of the memo to search. For example, typing the word "fee" will result in all memos with the word fee |
Line item text | To search by line item text, enter all or part of the verbiage to search. For example, typing the word "fee" will result in all line items with the word fee |
When you have entered the parameters that you wish to use for your search, click the Search button. The results will appear as such:
To view an invoice, double-click it. The Invoice Entry screen will launch in View mode:
On this screen, you can view the details of the invoice. If you click the Trans button on the toolbar, the A/R Transaction List screen will appear. When you have finished viewing the details, click Exit to return to the Invoice Entry screen. Click Exit again to return to your inquiry results.
