Performing Maintenance on Investments (IL210)
Investment Maintenance allows you to modify certain settings of a selected investment record that do not impact the general ledger. This interface is a component of some investment transactions (purchases, transfer and payout, etc.), or it may be accessed independently through the Investment Transactions menu. Which fields are enabled for editing depends upon how you access Investment Maintenance. Accessing it through the investment-purchase process, for example, enables different fields than if you simply launch this application directly from the Investments menu. To access investment maintenance, do the following:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Investments
- Double-click Transactions
- Double-click Investment Maintenance. You will see this screen:
