Overview of IL483
The Loan Loss Reserve report locates loans with late payments within a date range you specify. It will then display a summary or detailed report of the number of loans, loan balance, low and high percentage and low and high reserve range. The detailed report output includes borrower name, loan number, original risk rating, current risk rating, loan balance, and the low/high information. To run this report:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Loans
- Double-click Reports
- Double-click 483 Loan Loss Reserve Report. The parameters screen will launch:
The following fields are available on this screen:

| Due date range/thru | Enter the beginning and ending dates of the range you wish to report on. You can type it in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icons to select the date |
