Investment Inquiry
Overview of IL277VIEW
The investment inquiry screen allows you to review details related to a specific investment, such as the current balance, current interest posted, maturity date and other information. You can also view transaction history, balance history, and access the Investment Estimator screen. To access the Investment Inquiry screen:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Financial Inquiry. You will see a screen similar to this one:
In the Investment field, you can either type the investment number that you wish to view or click the list icon to see a list of all investments within the system. Once you have entered the investment number, press enter or click Search. The Investment Inquiry screen will now appear:
There are several tabs of information available to you on this screen. Please note that all fields on this screen are display/information only - you cannot modify them here. If you need to perform investment modifications, they must be done either through Investment Maintenance or the Financial Adjustment screen.
Summary Tab
You see the following fields/information on this screen:

| Type | The investment type that this investment belongs to |
| Rate | The current interest rate assigned to this investment |
| Current Principal Balance | The current principal balance |
| Actual Accrued Interest | The accrued interest for this investment |
| Posted Accrued Interest | The posted interest as of today for this investment |
| Days of Posted Interest | The number of days posted interest on this investment |
| Last Interest Post Date | The last date that interest was posted to this investment |
| Last Statement Balance | The balance that was reported to the investor on the last statement |
| Purchase Date | Original purchase date of the investment |
| Current Maturity Date | Date on which the investment matures |
| Original Maturity Date | The original date of maturity, as calculated on the day of purchase |
| State of Purchase | State that the investment was purchased in |
| Original Principal Balance | The principal balance at the time of purchase |
| Total Deposits | Total amount of deposits since the purchase date |
| Principal Balance Change TD | Total principal balance changes since the date of purchase |
| Principal Balance Change YTD | Total principal balance changes for this fiscal year |
| Total Withdrawals | Total amount of withdrawals since the purchase date |
| Step Up Date | If this investment is step up eligible, shows the date of the last step up |
| Step Up Eligible | If selected, this investment is step up eligible |
