Overview of NA255 - Memo Import

NA255 imports Memo records to an Account, Constituent, Investment or Loan record.

To set this up, import mapping must be set up in your organization's system:


  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Name/Address System
  • Double-click Utilities
  • Double-click 225 Import Memos. You will see this screen:
