We are trying to change an investment's Renew Pay Code, but it will not allow us to do so. Why can't we modify that code?

Check to see whether or not the investment is a demand account - if it is, you cannot modify the Renew Pay code. If the investment is NOT a demand investment and you still cannot access that field, please contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
