When you click the Returns tab, you will see a screen similar to this one:

You have the following fields available on this screen:

Field	Description
Show returns for/thru	Enter the date range that you wish to view orders for. You can type the dates in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icons to select the dates
Show consignment returns	To show consignment returns, select this option
Show regular returns	To show regular returns, select this option
Summarize by order number	To view a summary by order number, select this option
Show all items	To view all items ordered, select this option
Summarize by item type	To view a summary by item type, select this option
