Overview of FA38
The Appraisal Review report allows you to report against assets acquired within a specified date range. This allows you to determine whether or not an appraisal review is required for the qualifying asset(s). The report output lists information such as the asset class, location, room, asset #, tag ID (if applicable), description, model, serial number, date acquired, whether or not the asset was new at acquisition, cost, accumulated depreciation, and current value.
