Overview

The DDI-Connect system allows you to track unlimited numbers of contact information types, such as home email, work email, home phone, work phone, cell phone...the options are unlimited. There are several default contact information types that come with your DDI-Connect system, but you have the ability to add as many more as you choose. This procedure is performed under the Contact Info Type Setup.


Note: In order to access the Contact Info Type Setup screen, you must be set up with the appropriate security. If you cannot access the screens referenced below, please contact your organization's DDI-Connect administrator or contact DDI Client Support for assistance.


To add a new Contact Information Type:


Go to Name/Address --> Setup --> Contact Info Type Setup. Double-click the menu item. The Contact Information Type Setup screen appears:
