Overview of IL291
You may be interested in viewing a history of the transactions that have affected an investment’s principal and/or interest balances. The Balance History, accessible via the investment record, enables you to display a comprehensive list of these transactions. To view an investment's balance history:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Financial Inquiry
- In the Investment field, type in the investment number that you wish to view
- When the Investment Inquiry screen displays, click View and select Balance History:
The Investment Balance History Screen will now appear:
If you wish to view the before/after details for a particular history item, you can either click it once to highlight and then click Edit, or double-click the history item. The Edit History now appears for that transaction:
