Overview of IL206

The Investment Financial Adjustment screen allows you to alter information such as the investment's principal balance or accrued interest. This should only be done as a last resort, as this screen overrides the normal functions of the DDI Connect Investment system. To access the financial adjustment screen:


  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
  • Double-click Investments
  • Double-click Transactions
  • Double-click 206 Financial Adjustment. You will see this screen:

In the Inv # field, you can either type the investment you wish to work with or click the list icon to select from a list of investments in the system. Once you have entered or selected the investment number, press enter or click Find:

The screen has now populated with the investment's financial information. You have the following fields available for modification:

Principal Balance Example
Accrued Interest Example
1099 Interest Example
YTD Withholding Example
TTD penalty paid Example


NOTE: If you press F5 while clicked in a field, the system will toggle between the Difference field and the New field
