Overview of IL277VIEW
The investment inquiry screen allows you to review details related to a specific investment, such as the current balance, current interest posted, maturity date and other information. You can also view transaction history, balance history, and access the Investment Estimator screen. To access the Investment Inquiry screen:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Financial Inquiry. You will see a screen similar to this one:
In the Investment field, you can either type the investment number that you wish to view or click the list icon to see a list of all investments within the system. Once you have entered the investment number, press enter or click Search. The Investment Inquiry screen will now appear:
There are several tabs of information available to you on this screen. Please note that all fields on this screen are display/information only - you cannot modify them here. If you need to perform investment modifications, they must be done either through Investment Maintenance or the Financial Adjustment screen.
Summary Tab
You see the following fields/information on this screen:

| Category | The investment category that this investment belongs to |
| Type | The investment type that this investment belongs to |
| Rate | The current interest rate assigned to this investment |
| Current Principal Balance | The current principal balance |
| Actual Accrued Interest | The accrued interest for this investment |
| Posted Accrued Interest | The posted interest as of today for this investment |
| Days of Posted Interest | The number of days posted interest on this investment |
| Last Interest Post Date | The last date that interest was posted to this investment |
| Last Statement Balance | The balance that was reported to the investor on the last statement |
| Purchase Date | Original purchase date of the investment |
| Current Maturity Date | Date on which the investment matures |
| Original Maturity Date | The original date of maturity, as calculated on the day of purchase |
| State of Purchase | State that the investment was purchased in |
| Original Principal Balance | The principal balance at the time of purchase |
| Total Deposits | Total amount of deposits since the purchase date |
| Principal Balance Change TD | Total principal balance changes since the date of purchase |
| Principal Balance Change YTD | Total principal balance changes for this fiscal year |
| Total Withdrawals | Total amount of withdrawals since the purchase date |
| Step Up Date | If this investment is step up eligible, shows the date of the last step up |
| Step Up Eligible | If selected, this investment is step up eligible |
Interest Tab
The following fields are visible on the Interest tab:

| Last interest Post Date | The date that interest was last posted to this investment |
| 1099 Interest Paid YTD | Year to date interest paid to the investor that is subject to 1099 reporting |
| Total Interest Paid TD | Total interest paid to the investor since the investment was purchased |
| Total Interest Paid TTD | Total interest paid to date on this investment |
| Interest Withheld YTD | Total interest withheld from payments year to date |
| Interest Withheld QTD | Total interest withheld from payments quarter to date |
| Interest Withheld TD | Total interest withheld from payments since the investment purchase date |
| Last Withheld Amount | The last amount withheld from interest payments |
Dates Tab
The following fields are displayed on this screen:

| Purchase Date | The date that the investment was purchased |
| Current Maturity Date | The date that the investment is currently expected to mature |
| Original Maturity Date | The original date that the investment matures. This date is established on the date of purchase |
| Last Maturity Extension | The date that the investment last extended |
| Conversion Date | If this investment was converted from a different system, the date of conversion is displayed here |
| Last Interest Post Date | Date that interest was last posted to this investment |
| Last Maintenance Date | Date that this investment last had maintenance performed |
| Last Transaction Date | Date that the last transaction (of any kind) was performed on this investment |

You will see the following information on this screen:

| Bank Account | Display's the investor's bank account number |
| State Registration | Displays the state registration assigned to this investment |
| General Ledger | Displays the general ledger assigned to this investment category |

| Redemption Method | Displays the code and description for this investment's redemption method |
| Currency Code | Displays the currency code assigned to this investment |
| Registration Code | Displays the registration code assigned to this investment |
Penalty Tab
You will see the following information on this screen:

| Penalty Rate | Displays the penalty rate for this investment, which was set in the Investment Category |
| Penalty Current Balance | The current balance of the investment that would be subject to penalty |
| Penalty Interest Accrued | The current interest accrued to the investment that would be subject to penalty |
| Penalty Original Balance | The original balance of the investment |
| Penalty Int Earned TTD | Total interest earned to date |
| Penalty Charged | Total penalty charged to this investment |
Maturity/Other Tab
You will see the following information on this screen:

| Maturity Extension Code | Displays the number of months that this investment is able to be extended |
| Last Extension | If applicable, the last date of extension |
| Number of Extensions | Number of times that this investment has been extended |
| Loan Support Account | If applicable, the loan support account attached to this investment |
| Loan Support Loan | If applicable, the loan # that this investment supports |
| Loan Support Consent | Whether or not loan support consent has been attached to this investment |
| Line # | If applicable, the line of credit # that this investment supports |
| Pool # | If applicable, the loan pool # that this investment supports |
| Serves as collateral | Whether or not this investment serves as collateral for a loan, line of credit or loan pool |
