Flex plus rating is an optional method of determining the applicable interest rate for a certain investment type. In this respect, it’s similar to tiered rates and tiered age rates. Flex plus rates use a base rate defined in Investment Setup and apply a positive or negative modifier to determine the applicable rate for an investment type. To modify the Flex Plus Rates:


  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
  • Double-click Investments
  • Double-click Setup
  • Double-click Investment Flex Plus Maintenance. You will see a screen similar to this one:
