Immediate Investment Check and Receipt Printing

There is an option to print immediate checks and receipts for demand accounts.


Setup

Go to Financial Services, Investments, Setup, Investment System Settings. Mark the "Allow time of transaction checks and receipts (DEMAND only) box.

How it works

Go to Financial Services, Investments, Transactions. Both IL200 Transfer and Payout and IL200 Investment Payout will allow for an immediate check and/or immediate receipt on Demand accounts when the above setting is chosen.

Running a Query - Option #1

You have 2 options when running a query.

Option #1: Select the query and click View. This will pull the data in a grid. The grid allows you to sort, group, hide columns, etc. From there you can export the data into a spreadsheet, pdf, .csv, etc.

Running a Query - Option #2

Highlight the query, then click the Export button at the top of the screen. Choose export options, file name/location, and run the query.
