We have received notification that some of our investors/borrowers are receiving a Server Application Error when trying to log in to the Online-CEF. What is causing that error?

This issue is usually the result of an issue with a cached page in the internet browser. To correct, the investor/borrower will need to clear out their internet cache.


Internet Explorer

  • Within Internet Explorer, click Tools
  • Click Internet Options. A screen similar to this will launch:

  • Click the Delete button. This screen will launch:

  • Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. You can also select any other option, but those two are the ones you need to clear to try to resolve this issue
  • Click Delete
  • When the system has completed the deletion, close Internet Explorer and re-open


Mozilla Firefox

  • Click History
  • Click Clear Recent History:
