We have received notification that some of our investors/borrowers are receiving a Server Application Error when trying to log in to the Online-CEF. What is causing that error?
This issue is usually the result of an issue with a cached page in the internet browser. To correct, the investor/borrower will need to clear out their internet cache.
Internet Explorer
- Within Internet Explorer, click Tools
- Click Internet Options. A screen similar to this will launch:
- Click the Delete button. This screen will launch:
- Select Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. You can also select any other option, but those two are the ones you need to clear to try to resolve this issue
- Click Delete
- When the system has completed the deletion, close Internet Explorer and re-open
Mozilla Firefox
- Click History
- Click Clear Recent History:
- Close Firefox and re-open
If the investor/borrower continues to get the error, please contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
