We had an investor fill out an online investment application. However, due to the way our organization handles the investment types, we have to set up a new account for the investor. Can we deny the investment application without losing the investor information?

Yes, you can. Denied investment applications remain in the system, so you will be able to go back and review the denied application to obtain the investor information.
