We have just been notified that an investor has passed away. One of their investments was payable on death to their church. How do we process that?

The easiest way to process an investment that is payable on death (POD) to a church (or other individual) is to re-register the investment in the account of the person to whom it is payable. Once you have re-registered the investment, you can then redeem it.
