The Mailroom Check Batch Delete process allows you to delete unprocessed check batches as needed. The report output contains information such as the entry operator, check numbers, check amounts, references and types, along with the total number of check receipts deleted. To run this report:


* From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
* Double-click Data Processing
* Double-click Reports
* Double-click 197 Mailroom Check Batch Delete. The parameters screen will launch:

Enter the batch number that you wish to delete.

Click Start. The system will prompt you with this message:

If you wish to proceed, click Yes. The system will process the deletion and display the results. Click below to view a sample of this report.
